Natural/Organic Henna Application
Natural henna develops gradually and requires a longer processing time.
Drying and Removal.
1. Apply a generous, even layer of natural henna over the stencil.
2. Keep the area still and allow the henna paste to dry naturally.
3. Leave the henna on for approximately 6–8 hours, or follow the directions supplied with your henna cone.
4. For a deeper colour, leave the dried paste on for as long as comfortably possible.
5. Once ready, gently peel away the stencil.
6. Carefully scrape or flake off the dried henna paste. Do not scrub the skin.
Avoid washing the area immediately after removing the paste. Where possible, keep the design away from water for the next 12–24 hours.
Colour Development
Natural henna may initially appear light orange. This is normal. The colour will gradually deepen to a richer orange-brown or brown shade over the following 24–48 hours.
The final colour can vary depending on skin type, body temperature, placement, henna freshness and aftercare.

How to Use Your Nish Henna Stencil
1. Clean & Dry the Skin
Make sure the area is clean, dry and free from oils, creams or lotions.
2. Cut Out Your Stencil
Carefully cut around the stencil design you would like to use.
3. Remove the White Backing Paper
Gently peel away the white backing sheet to expose the adhesive side.
4. Apply the Stencil
Place the stencil firmly onto the skin. Smooth it down carefully so all edges are securely attached.
5. Remove the Protective Film
Slowly peel away the clear protective film from the top, leaving the stencil securely in place.
6. Apply the Henna
Fill the open areas of the stencil evenly with henna paste. Make sure the entire design is covered without moving the stencil.
Natural / Organic Henna
Leave the henna paste on for approximately 4–6 hours for a richer, deeper color.
Once completely dry, gently rinse the area with water and carefully peel away the stencil.
The henna color may appear lighter at first and gradually deepen over the following hours.
Instant Henna
Leave the henna on for approximately 15–30 minutes, or until completely dry.
Once dry, gently rinse with water and carefully peel away the stencil.
The design should appear much faster than natural henna.
For Best Results:
Avoid rubbing or moving the stencil while the henna is drying. Apply the stencil smoothly against the skin so there are no gaps underneath. Always perform a patch test before use and discontinue use if irritation occurs.
